About

My name is Ryan Resatka. I’m a 30-year-old adventure photographer based out of Los Angeles, California. I have a huge passion for the outdoors and traveling. I also love to hike with friends, camp under the stars, swim in the bluest of waters, and plan the most epic road trips imaginable.

Four years ago, I moved from Boston, Massachusetts, to California nearly on a whim. I felt that it was time to make a drastic change in my life, so I did. It inspired me to finally explore more of our world and pushed me to the very limits of my comfort zone. This exploration further led to curiosity, so I relentlessly continued with consecutive adventure after adventure.

Since my initial life-changing move, I’ve been to over forty states in the US, twenty-five national parks, and have visited twenty countries. Each adventure has had its unique challenges and experiences, but I’ve learned to become an expert at what I do because of them. I started photography because I thought these beautiful places I was visiting should be captured in the best quality possible. Through the trial and error of my adventures, I forged the backbone of my passion for photography.

This passion has allowed me to work with many world-class brands, companies, and tourism boards that align with my values. Whether cruising through the arctic tundra or relaxing at a tropical beach, my goal is to create the absolute best content for companies in a “next-level” way that will allow them to engage with their audiences and consumers further.
